Drink tea instead of coffee
Coffee is not all bad but the caffeine is known to disturb your night’s sleep. Even if you can fall asleep, the sleep will not be as peaceful and relaxing as it could. Drink your morning coffee but switch to tea (or water) at least 8 hours before going to bed. Tea comes in all sorts and flavors. Test it out, maybe you prefer herbal tea or green tea. Fruit tea is good for beginners as it has a lot of taste. Visit a local tea shop if you want good advice.
