Do less but better organized
Organization is key to success! Everybody’s time is limited and life is about prioritizing things, tasks and even people. Take your time to plan things, write them down and even set a deadline or a specific time. That will give you more space for other things in your head as all important things have been well noted. Why not sit down in the evening and plan the next day. See what was achieved, what needs to be postponed and how much can be done the next day. Don’t over plan your days though. It’s important to include at least 20% of your time as buffer. You will always have unexpected calls or tasks that pop up and need to be handled.
