Eat well
Eating healthy will change many things in your life but most noticeable is the amount of energy we have with good nutrition. We are what we take in. It makes absolute sense to only eat good stuff as this is what we live of. Vitamins, proteins and good fat are found in veggies and fruits. Make yourself a tasty green smoothie every morning, eat a handful of nuts instead of a chocolate bar and replace the carbs with some tasty veggies. Eating healthy and well is absolutely doable and if you have a slip here and there, it’s no problem. It’s about balance and giving your body what it needs, sometimes that might even be that bite of chocolate.
