Socialize
This is a tricky one as we are all different and introverts will for sure need much less time with other people than extroverts but what is sure is that we all need social contacts. It is important to share joy, fears and dreams with good people around you. Having an evening out with friends, go for a short trip or help each other with whatever is on the agenda, not having to do stuff alone is a tremendous help and brings joy in life. If you are feeling low, consider meeting a friend or two. Chatting, listening to other people’s opinion and just feeling cozy with people you love is an outstanding boost for your mental health.
