Take time for yourself
Sounds also quite simple but in day to day life, we tend to forget to take time for ourselves. Take a walk, read a good book (no TV!), listen to music or just simply do nothing and let your thoughts flow. As easy as it sounds, we struggle with taking time out for just us. Try to get 10min per day, where you do something you don’t have to do but you just want to do for yourself. Enjoy the moments consciously, take deep breaths and do what you love. That can even be shopping a new dress, have a beer or dance alone to your favorite music. It’s important that we don’t forget to take care of our mental health.
